"Introducing "Starting Up Internal Manuals: How to Avoid Failing in Manual Work and How to Review Them" will be announced.

Purpose of the Lecture

We will provide useful information to the person in charge of a company that has a new need for manual creation in order to start up.

Learn the necessary tools and how to use them to implement the PDCA cycle for manual work in the future, such as how to workflow the manual creation work that was previously done personally and how to visualize the quality standards that were previously inconsistent depending on the person creating them.

We would be grateful if you could consider how to incorporate technical communication into manual creation and use it as a criterion for reviewing business operations.

・Standardization approach using Japanese style guide

・How to identify check items to avoid personalization

- Chart-specific diagnosis: How to review workflows and design

・Department-specific (position-specific) issue organization method
