On May 16, we will present "Post-Editor Training Framework ~ Responding to Neural Machine Translation" at TAUS.

On May 16, 2018 (Wednesday), we will present "Post-Editor Training Framework ~ Responding to Neural Machine Translation" at the TAUS Executive Forum 2018.

As machine translation technology has advanced dramatically and the demand for neural machine translation (NMT) solutions has increased, translation companies require more post-editors (those who refine machine translations).

Additionally, it is very important to train post-editors to meet the final quality requirements.

What are the optimal guidelines for NMT?

What kind of personnel is suitable for post-editing work?

What a translation company should do before handing files to the post-editor.

In this presentation, we will discuss these issues while incorporating the survey results on machine translation/post-editing.

TAUS stands for Translation Automation Users Society, and it is a membership organization composed of members from companies related to translation. It promotes innovations such as machine translation and cloud translation.
