Overview
This time, I will talk about the theme of 'Effective Methods for Identifying and Utilizing Indicators to Visualize Quality.' The content is understandable even for those who have not participated in past seminars. Please feel free to join us.
The time has come for a mass retirement of skilled engineers and developers,
- How can we smoothly cultivate the next generation of talent?
- "Can skill transfer be carried out smoothly?"
This issue continues to be a theme for companies.
In addition, many companies are working on creating systems to share technical documents on servers and to view them on portal sites as part of their knowledge management efforts.
One of the challenges in advancing these initiatives is determining "what metrics to use to visualize quality."
Generally, the quality of technical documents in companies is often treated as a personal preference, and I often hear that efforts are reset every time a person changes.
Is it possible to create something like a scorecard to share the target quality with stakeholders?
Due to a lack of reference information such as know-how for manual improvement and success stories from other companies, manual managers at each company are
- Is this really the right approach?
- How far should we be particular?
- What are the tips for creating user-friendly manuals?
It seems that there are many things they are struggling with and working on.
In this seminar, we will explain our unique method for "visualizing quality" based on TC (Technical Communication), drawing on our 30 years of experience as a manual production company. This is essential content for considering approaches tailored to the needs of each company.
If you are looking for solutions to the challenges of overseas manuals for your company's manuals, please join us. After the seminar, we will be available for individual consultations as needed. Please check the "Request for Individual Consultation" box on the application form.
Feel free to join us!
