Know-how for Improving In-house Manual Quality - Enhancing International Competitiveness! Starting with Standardization, Assetization of Translations and Reduction of Production Costs
Overview
This time, I will talk about the theme of "Determining the Level of Standardization."
This content is understandable even for those who have not participated in past seminars. Please feel free to join us.
With the globalization of the market, it has become urgent for companies in various industries and sectors to enhance their international competitiveness, and improving quality, increasing operational efficiency, and reducing costs have become the key challenges for businesses.
Additionally, we must address the challenges of how to smoothly cultivate the next generation of talent and how to ensure the transfer of skills, as we are facing a mass retirement of skilled engineers and developers.
On the other hand, due to the lack of information such as manual improvement know-how and success stories from other companies to solve these challenges, it seems that manual managers at various companies often struggle with questions like "Is this really the right approach?" "How much should I be particular about it?" "What are the tips for creating easy-to-use manuals?".
In this seminar, we will explain the method of "standardization" based on TC (Technical Communication), drawing on our 30 years of experience as a manual production company. This is essential content for considering approaches tailored to the needs of each company.
If you are a person in charge or an administrator struggling with the above, please join us! If you want to explore solutions to the challenges of your company's technical documentation, we encourage you to participate.
After the seminar, we will provide individual consultations as needed. Please check the "Request for Individual Consultation" box on the application form.
Feel free to join us!
