Writing Guidelines

Identify common expressions and terms that should be standardized for each project, and create writing guidelines for usage and terminology.
This prevents inconsistencies in expressions and terminology during writing by multiple writers.

Questionnaire

Any questions regarding specifications that arise during writing will be confirmed with the client using a questionnaire.
We will record the history of communication with the client to prevent communication errors.

Checklist

Operate the checklist established by the internal operational regulations. Ensure that appropriate checks are always conducted.

Utilization of Tools

Using tools such as Just Right! and Excel macros, we detect errors that the human eye may miss.
We ensure that careless mistakes such as typos and omissions are reliably prevented.
