Writing Guidelines

Identify frequently used expressions and terms that should be unified for each project, and create writing conventions for spelling and terminology.
This will prevent inconsistencies in expressions and terms even when written by multiple writers.

Questionnaire

Any questions regarding specifications that arise during the writing process will be confirmed with the client using a questionnaire.
Recording the communication history with the client helps prevent communication errors.

Checklist

Operate according to the checklists specified in the internal operating regulations. Ensure that appropriate checks are always carried out.

Utilizing Tools

Using tools such as Just Right! and Excel macros, we can detect errors that cannot be caught by human eyes.
This ensures that careless mistakes such as typos and omissions are prevented.
