Why is it that even after publishing the FAQ, inquiries do not decrease? - An explanation of the self-resolution mechanism and content

Web Seminar on April 17, 2025 (Thursday)

Why are inquiries not decreasing even though we have published an FAQ?
- Explanation of the self-resolution mechanism and content

will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

Recently, many companies have been working on creating and improving FAQ sites to enhance customer support efficiency and reduce costs. However, even after publishing FAQs, many companies may still be struggling with not seeing the expected decrease in inquiries.

Despite being listed in the FAQ, we receive inquiries stating that "the explanation is unclear."

・Customers cannot quickly find the information they are looking for in the FAQ search.

・The support desk is experiencing high demand, and staff are overwhelmed with responses.

・Complaints from customers such as "unable to contact" and "slow response" are occurring

To solve these challenges, it is important to build a self-support environment where customers can smoothly resolve their own questions. Additionally, improving the clarity of the FAQ content published in that environment is effective.

In this seminar, we will specifically introduce successful case studies of companies that have significantly reduced inquiries and improved customer satisfaction through the implementation of the AI-powered self-support system "Help Dog." Furthermore, we will share methods to continuously improve FAQ sites effectively, even without knowledge or expertise in web marketing, by utilizing the site diagnosis of "Help Dog."

This is full of tips necessary to reduce the burden of customer inquiries and improve customer satisfaction. We encourage you to participate actively.

Additionally, after the seminar, we will be available to discuss any concerns you may have.

If you wish, please select "Desired" in the "Individual Consultation" section of the application form.
