Manuals that support business efficiency and employee training only demonstrate their value when they are used. To escape the situation of "having created a manual but not using it," more companies are considering and implementing manual creation tools.

However, simply introducing tools does not automatically create manuals that will be "used" and lead to operational progress. The key to establishing manuals on-site and maximizing the benefits of implementation lies in the "preparation before implementation." It is important to identify the challenges hidden in the current manual operations, such as being "difficult to understand" and "hard to find," and to align with stakeholders involved in creating and using the manuals on what the ideal state should be.

In this seminar,

Methods for issue analysis and consensus building to be conducted before the introduction of manual creation tools

- Implementation and operation of effective manual creation tools

We will share know-how from tool implementation preparation to operational establishment.

Human Science Co., which supports everything from business organization to manual production, and Konica Minolta, which provides the tool "COCOMITE" to support manual creation and operation, will share insights and experiences accumulated without reservation. We look forward to your participation!
