Web Seminar on April 11, 2024 (Thursday)
Manual Pro Talks! Case Study Seminar on Utilizing AI for Knowledge Sharing and Productivity Improvement
~ 1st Edition: Efforts Toward Standardizing Document Creation Using AI~
will be held.
———————————————————————————————————————
2024 is said to be the year when the results of utilizing generative AI will be questioned.
Recently, the awareness of generative AI, such as ChatGPT, has rapidly increased, and many companies have been advancing the technical verification and exploration of the potential uses of generative AI. Moving forward, we are entering a phase where it is necessary to go beyond the realm of 'trials' and fully implement generative AI into actual operations to create results.
The introduction of generative AI is expected to maximize productivity by effectively utilizing the internal knowledge and assets accumulated so far, creating an environment where people can work more efficiently.
On the other hand, many companies that have already begun to consider the use of generative AI seem to be facing significant challenges.
Looking at the data below, it is clear that more than half of the companies that are considering or have already adopted generative AI are facing issues related to "human resources and know-how."
In fact, there are likely many who are struggling with how to implement generative AI in their operations, saying things like "I don't know how to proceed" or "We don't have personnel with the necessary skills."

To utilize generative AI in business and achieve knowledge sharing and productivity improvement, insights into data preprocessing, workflow design, and prompt engineering for training the generative AI are necessary.
At Human Science, we have been working on workflow design to improve the utilization of generative AI and the quality of outputs from the perspective of "writing and utilization." Based on the insights gained from this effort, we will share key points on how to utilize generative AI in business to promote knowledge sharing and enhance productivity in a two-part seminar.
In this first seminar, we will introduce our efforts towards "Standardizing Document Creation Using Generative AI."
We will share episodes of trial and error regarding the use of generative AI in document creation, and from the perspective of a manual professional who excels in organizing business processes, we will specifically introduce points and know-how such as:
- How we improved the output quality of generative AI
- How we designed the workflow
If you are considering the introduction of generative AI within your company or are looking for ways to utilize it, please join us enthusiastically.
The 2nd seminar is scheduled to be held in May 2024, with the theme of "Efforts for Knowledge Sharing Using Generative AI."
Additionally, after the seminar, we will be available to discuss any concerns you may have.
If you wish, please select "Desired" in the "Individual Consultation" section of the application form.
