Achieved with Add-in Tools! A Method to Balance Quality and Efficiency in PowerPoint Document Creation

will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

In your daily work, you likely have many opportunities to create meeting materials, proposals, and presentation documents using PowerPoint.
Now, how much time do you spend on creating them?

According to a survey, the average time spent on document preparation is 2.4 hours per day. (Some responses indicated spending up to 7 hours!)
This means that 2.4 hours accounts for 30% of the total working hours in a day.

On the other hand, despite taking time to create, we often hear quality-related issues such as "I don't understand what is being said" and "the format of the materials is inconsistent."

As shown in the graph below, with the increase in remote meetings, the time spent on document preparation has been steadily increasing. Therefore, addressing such challenges has become an urgent task.

Has the time spent on document creation increased in the last 2-3 years? Graph

In this seminar, we will introduce the PowerPoint add-in tool "MA Packet" that will assist in solving challenges.

MA Packet is a document creation support tool developed by MA-CREATE Inc. It allows you to easily access a wealth of templates and pictograms with a single click, and to unify colors and fonts in bulk. This tool not only promotes the efficiency of document creation but also helps in corporate branding and building consensus in online meetings. Another key point is that it can be used easily, just like the regular PowerPoint interface.

Here is the introduction video for MA Packet.

*A YouTube video will play with sound.

In addition, from the perspective of Human Science, which has cultivated the ability to organize and convey information that the other party does not know in an easy-to-understand manner through many years of manual production, we will introduce know-how to improve the efficiency and quality of document creation. We will also conduct workshops to develop the ability to create clear writing, so that it can be utilized for employee training within the company.

If you are feeling challenges with the efficiency and quality of creating meeting materials, presentation materials, and more, please join us enthusiastically.
