[Web Seminar] Achieve Organizational Improvement with the Latest Tools: Building a System for Manual Operations

Web Seminar on February 28, 2023 (Tuesday)

Achieved with the latest tools! Creating a system for manual operations aimed at organizational improvement

will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

In recent years, there has been an increase in companies working on the manualization of their operations for purposes such as improving operational efficiency, knowledge transfer, and employee training.
In your company as well, you may ask the person who knows the relevant operations best to create a manual, or instruct new employees to create manuals as part of their learning process.

However, it is also true that there are many voices saying that "the manuals we worked hard to create are not being utilized" for the following reasons.

・The manuals are scattered across the server, making it difficult to find the information you are looking for.

・There are many manuals that are not even known to exist.

・No longer used due to outdated content that has not been updated

It is not only the practical staff who are troubled by falling into such a situation.
When oral transmission becomes the norm, it becomes difficult to understand the actual state of operations, making it challenging for management to promote organizational business improvements.

To maintain the effective use of manuals and to achieve continuous business improvement, it is important to focus on the following two points.

・Creating a common understanding that "the manual is here"

・Establishing a system to maintain the reliability of the manual content

In this seminar, we will share effective approaches to the two points mentioned above, based on the experience of Human Science in improving manuals for various companies.

Furthermore, we would like to introduce COCOMITE from Konica Minolta as a tool to realize these points.
Not only does it have manual creation capabilities, but it is also a tool strong in operational aspects that systematically realizes and maintains a structure for utilizing manuals through folder hierarchy, access rights, and approval flow settings. We will also share examples of how to not just create manuals but to actively utilize them.

If you are committed to promoting the standardization and manualization of operations, or if you feel challenges in utilizing manuals within your department, please join us enthusiastically.

Additionally, after the seminar, we will be available to discuss any concerns you may have.

If you wish, please select "Desired" in the "Individual Consultation" section of the application form.
