Business Reform Achieved Through RPA Implementation - Introducing How to Promote Business Efficiency for Successful RPA

will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

This time, the theme is "Business Reform Utilizing RPA."

Recently, starting with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "2025 Cliff" report, there has been a growing momentum for improving business efficiency and productivity through DX promotion, and the market has become flooded with tools and means for this purpose.

In such situations, many of you may have thought at least once, "I wish a robot could do this job for me" or "I want to automate the same tasks every day to improve efficiency."

In response to such needs, there is "RPA" that automates operations.
Because it can be operated without special skills like programming, many companies have adopted it.

On the other hand, as noted in the report by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, many companies are currently in a situation where "some investment is made for promoting DX, but it does not lead to actual business transformation."
Unfortunately, a similar trend can be observed even after the introduction of RPA.

To successfully implement business reform through RPA introduction, it is important to first clearly understand its objectives and key points.

Purpose and Points of RPA Implementation

・Automate routine tasks and shift efforts towards more productive work

・Not just limited efforts by individuals or teams, but to enhance the productivity of the entire department.

With the above objectives and points in mind, the initial "business organization" is essential for systematically advancing the introduction of RPA.

Business organization here refers to the overview of the entire department's operations, categorizing what constitutes routine and non-routine tasks.
Based on that, let's make decisions on which routine tasks to automate, involving the relevant stakeholders.

In this seminar, we will introduce a solution for "business optimization" that combines the domestic RPA tool 'Auto Job Meister' with business organization techniques.

"Auto Job Master" is a purely domestic RPA tool developed by Yuzak System Co., Ltd., which has been involved in the automation of core system operations for 18 years. It emphasizes "operational stability" to ensure it can be used confidently even in tasks where mistakes are not allowed, supporting the success of various business reforms across different industries.

In addition, we will introduce successful case studies of RPA implementation and hold workshops for business organization.
A must-see for those considering RPA implementation.
We look forward to your participation.

After the seminar, we will be available for consultations regarding any issues you may have.
If you wish to participate, please select "Yes" for "Individual Consultation" on the application form and fill in the details of your consultation in the "Consultation Details" section.
