This time, the theme is "Improving Productivity".
Currently, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is an increasing number of companies actively working on improving operational efficiency and productivity.
In this context, many companies are likely considering the automation of their operations through the introduction of RPA as part of their efforts to promote DX.
On the other hand, it seems that there are quite a few companies that are struggling to implement it due to concerns like the following.
・How should I organize my business?
・Which tasks should be automated first?
・What benefits can be gained from implementing RPA?
This seminar aims to answer these questions.
In this seminar, we will explain the methods for organizing business processes that are essential before introducing tools for productivity improvement, as well as the automation of routine tasks using RPA.
This is a practical content where you can learn a series of know-how from "Business Organization to Automation through RPA," including participatory workshops for business organization and demonstrations of RPA.
We look forward to your participation.
Additionally, after the seminar, we will be available to discuss any concerns you may have.
