will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

This time, the theme is "Business Efficiency."

Currently, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is an increasing number of companies actively working on improving operational efficiency and productivity.

Given this background, many companies are likely considering automating their operations through the introduction of RPA.

On the other hand, even with the introduction of RPA, there are companies that face issues like the ones below and find themselves troubled.

・RPA has been introduced in some operations, but manual work continues in other operations, and working hours have not decreased.

The tasks automated by RPA have become a black box, making it impossible to review the entire operation.

・Introduced RPA, but unable to utilize it, and ultimately not using it

This seminar aims to answer these questions.

In this seminar, we will explain the methods for organizing business processes that are essential before introducing tools for productivity improvement, as well as the automation of routine tasks using RPA.

This is a practical content where you can learn a series of know-how from "Business Organization to Automation through RPA," including participatory workshops for business organization and demonstrations of RPA.

We welcome not only those who have already implemented RPA but also those who are considering future implementation to actively participate.

Additionally, after the seminar, we will be available to discuss any concerns you may have.

If you wish, please select "Desired" in the "Individual Consultation" section of the application form.
