Web Seminar on November 5, 2020 (Thursday)
Accelerating with COVID-19, breaking free from task dependency
Cultivating the power to extract tacit knowledge and the power to visualize operations!
will be held.
———————————————————————————————————————
The traditional way of working forced to change due to the COVID-19 pandemic
Remote work has rapidly advanced, and there is an increasing demand for the visualization of operations and the sharing of know-how. However, is there not a situation where know-how remains scattered as "tacit knowledge," making it difficult to break free from the personalization of work?
Moreover, it seems that many companies have attempted to engage in the transmission of technology and skills at least once, but have not been successful. Particularly in manual creation, there are cases where the perspective of the user is overlooked, resulting in a lack of utility and ultimately leading to failure.
So, how can we draw out the knowledge and experience we have cultivated over many years?
How should we create a system for manuals and information sharing?
In this seminar, we will introduce "How to Extract Tacit Knowledge" from Field Management and Human Resources, and "Tips for Organizing Work and Creating Manuals" from Human Science. Furthermore, you will learn methods for organizing work through a participatory workshop.
This is practical content that allows you to learn a series of know-how, from "how to extract tacit knowledge, organizing operations, to manualizing operations."
We look forward to your participation.
Additionally, after the seminar, we will be available to discuss any concerns you may have.
If you wish, please select "Desired" in the "Individual Consultation" section of the application form.
