"Startup of In-House Manuals - How to Start and Review Manual Operations Without Failure" will be announced.

Purpose of the Lecture

We will provide useful information for representatives of companies that have newly emerged needs for manual creation to help them get started.

You will learn how to streamline the manual creation process that has been done on a personal basis into a workflow, as well as tips for visualizing quality standards that have varied depending on the creator. These are the tools and their usage necessary for implementing the PDCA cycle in manual operations moving forward.

We hope this will be an opportunity to consider how to incorporate technical communication into manual creation and what criteria to use when reviewing business operations.

Key Points of the Lecture

You will learn the following content in a workshop format.

・ Standardized approach using the Japanese style guide

・ How to identify check items to avoid personalization

・ Chart-based Diagnosis: How to Review Workflows and How to Design

- Department-specific (Position-specific) Issue Organization Method

The same content is scheduled to be held in both Tokyo and Kyoto.
