Overview

Many companies that create product manuals and business manuals face the challenge of how to efficiently create useful manuals while working in parallel with their operations.

・No know-how in manual creation

- Creating business manuals for efficiency and skill transfer, but unsure how much information should be included.

・My subordinates do not understand the importance of manual creation. I want to change their awareness, but I don't know what to convey first.

In this situation, the business personnel are considering a review of the manual creation process in order to implement some improvements.

However, when you actually start considering it, various challenges arise...

・There are various manuals within the company, but I don't know which one to use as a model.

・I feel that the quality varies depending on who writes the manual.
