This time's theme is "The First Step in Promoting DX".

Since the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "2025 Cliff" report, the necessity for DX has rapidly increased. Is your company or department making progress in its efforts towards DX?

In this seminar, we will share important preparatory steps to enhance the effectiveness of DX promotion for those who are thinking,
"We are advancing DX within the company, but it's not going well..."
"I want to seriously start promoting DX, but is it still not too late...?"
Additionally, we will introduce the consultant's direct method of "business organization" and the increasingly popular DX tool, "RPA."

Rather than achieving DX in one leap, it is important to first visualize the current operations through "business organization" and to promote "digitalization" by advancing automation of operations through RPA implementation.

The "Auto Job Master" introduced in the seminar is a purely domestic RPA tool developed by Yuzak System Co., Ltd., which has been involved in the automation of core system operations for 18 years. It emphasizes "operational stability" to ensure it can be used confidently even in tasks where mistakes are not allowed, supporting the success of various business reforms across industries.
