Clear technical documentation is the key to successful web services!
If you want to create high quality and cost-effective solutions, choose Jamstack!
~ Learning from overseas examples, approaches to solving technical documentation challenges ~

will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

This time, the theme is "Approaches to Improving Technical Documents Published on the Web."

For example, let's consider an API reference.
One of the important points in promoting in-house services such as SaaS is how smoothly users (customers and developers) can understand and utilize that API.

The issue here is that simply publishing technical documents written by engineers is not sufficient.
They need to be comprehensive in covering the information users need and also user-friendly.
Otherwise, even if the technical documents are published, they may not be utilized effectively, leading to the unfortunate result of the service not gaining traction.

How is your company's technical documentation?
Is it appealing to users?

In this seminar, we will explain about technical documents, including ① how to make them easier to understand, and ② what platforms are good for management, along with overseas examples and demonstrations.

The technical configuration of this demonstration is as follows:
・Headless CMS: Storyblok
・Static Site Generator: Gatsby
・Web Server: Netlify

In the demonstration, we will show you the process of using Storyblok as a headless CMS and deploying it to Netlify. We will also introduce the ease of editing with Storyblok. Additionally, we will discuss the performance and security features of Jamstack, as well as the usability of headless CMS.

We encourage engineers involved in technical documentation and marketing personnel to participate.
