Easy-to-understand API reference is the key to successful web services!
Learn how to create high-quality and cost-effective technical documents!
Solving challenges faced by documentation through overseas case studies

Will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

The theme for this time is "Approaches to improving technical documentation published on the web."

As an example, let's consider an API reference.
One of the important points in promoting our own services such as SaaS is how smoothly users (customers and developers) can understand and utilize the API.

The issue here is that simply publishing technical documents written by engineers is not enough.
It is necessary to cover the information that users need and make it user-friendly.
Otherwise, even if technical documents are published, they will not be fully utilized (i.e. the service will not spread) and it will be a regrettable result.

How are your technical documents?
Are they appealing to your users?

In this seminar, we will explain about technical documents, including ① how to make them easier to understand and ② which platform is best for managing them, with overseas case studies and demonstrations.

The technical configuration for this demonstration is as follows:
・Headless CMS: Storyblok
・Static Site Generator: Gatsby
・Web Server: Netlify

In the demonstration, we will show you the process of using Storyblok as a headless CMS and deploying it to Netlify. We will also introduce the ease of editing with Storyblok. We will also introduce the performance and security features of Jamstack, as well as the usability of headless CMS.

Engineers and marketing consultants who are involved in technical documentation are encouraged to participate.
