We will present a case study on "Introduction of Machine Translation (Automatic Translation) by 10 Companies" at the TC Symposium 2018 in Kyoto.

On Tuesday, October 5th, 2018, at TC Symposium 2018 Tokyo

"Learn from 10 case studies! ~Challenges and Solutions for Implementing Machine Translation~" will be presented.

Many companies are introducing machine translation (automatic translation) with the aim of improving productivity and reducing costs, but the reality is that many companies are not achieving the expected results.

In this presentation, we will introduce specific initiatives to solve the typical challenges when introducing machine translation (automatic translation) based on case studies from 10 domestic companies, and to improve productivity.

Example of Efforts:

・What is an efficient machine translation quality evaluation method before implementation?

・How to maintain a glossary suitable for machine translation?

・What are the methods for standardizing the quality of post-editing?

・How to determine whether the original text is suitable for machine translation or not?

- What is the process for smoothly promoting the adoption of machine translation within the company?

※Same content as the Tokyo event held on August 29, 2018.
