Full review by dedicated reviewers and utilization of check tools
In translations of manuals and brochures, errors in numbers, unit symbols, or standard phrases can lead to serious issues and
undermine user trust.
Human Science implements a dual system of checks by both people and tools to prevent errors.
Full review by dedicated reviewers
Dedicated technical reviewers and linguistic reviewers conduct a full review by comparing the original text and the translated text. Examples of review items include: • Mistranslations • Omitted translations • Formatting errors • Careless mistakes • Client specifications • Reuse processing • Pending processing • Japanese expressions. Instead of relying on a quality control system dependent on certain translators, we maintain a system that ensures quality as a human science, allowing us to consistently provide stable quality even for large-scale projects. Our skilled team of reviewers includes those with extensive experience as SEs, reviewers with programming backgrounds, and veteran reviewers who have been reading Japanese in the IT industry for 16 years, ready to meet various conditions.
If you have a short deadline and need to assign multiple translators, want to create technically accurate documents, or wish to make the text more natural in Japanese, please feel free to contact us with any requests.
Quality Control
At Human Science, we conduct translation checks for notation and terminology using Trados and our proprietary original tools. We ensure the prevention of errors that may not be caught by the human eye. After delivery, we do not impose the burden of formal checks on numerical values and unit symbols on our customers.
- Are there any spelling mistakes?
- Do the numbers in the original text match the numbers in the translated text?
- Are the terms specified by the customer being used appropriately?
For points that are often overlooked with just visual checks, we conduct checks using Trados and our proprietary original tools. This saves you the trouble of performing formal checks on numbers and unit symbols after delivery.
In particular, when a large volume of translation is divided among multiple translators in a short period of time, tools can be very effective in checking for consistency in notation and terminology among the translators.
