The key points of internal knowledge sharing, starting with manuals, are
It is about how to efficiently create useful knowledge while working in parallel with business.
However, many companies face challenges like the following, and are struggling to build a knowledge base.
- ・There are various manuals within the company, but I don't know which one to use as a model.
- ・I feel that the quality varies depending on who writes the manual.
- I want to provide feedback to the manual creators, but I don't even know how to evaluate the manuals in the first place.
- We have established guidelines for manual creation (standard types) for the time being, but they do not seem to be utilized effectively and feel somewhat unhelpful.
In this seminar, we will discuss the key points for solving the above challenges from the perspective of the manual creation workflow.
After the seminar, we will also hold individual consultation sessions for those who wish to participate.
Please feel free to apply!
Is the current manual unusable?
With the innovation of AI technology, many companies are considering the introduction of new systems, including AI, with the aim of improving business operations and service quality.
・Guided manual showing how to assemble parts on the manufacturing line
- Chatbot that answers user questions
・A platform for centralized management of company manuals
and so on.
In this seminar series, we provide methods to maximize the use of manuals for the upcoming AI era, presented in two parts: "Writing Techniques" and "Workflow".
This time it's the 'Writing Guide' edition.
We will also introduce the challenges and solutions from actual cases we have collaborated on.
This content can be immediately applied to practical work!
*This seminar can be understood even if you only attend the first part.
This seminar is the same content as the seminar "Three Keys to Effective Manuals" held in July and October 2018. It will be held under a different title.
* The "Workflow Edition" was held on January 25, 2019. Future event schedules will be posted on Upcoming Free Manual Creation Seminars.
