Learn from examples! Know-how for solving internal manual issues
~ Manual Creation for Smooth Skill Transfer: Standardization ~

Will be held.

Overview

Recently, many companies in the manufacturing field have been working on themes such as improving work efficiency, ensuring safety, and enhancing branding through manuals.

Among them, "How to proceed with skills transfer in the field" seems to be a particularly challenging issue.

"How can we reflect the expertise of skilled technicians in our manuals?"

"How can we consolidate scattered information to standardize support quality?"

We often hear these voices.

In addition, the task of creating such manuals is often done in-house while juggling with regular duties at the site, so there are unique challenges such as "not having enough time as desired", "having trouble getting cooperation from the site", "not knowing where to start".

On the other hand, there is a lack of information such as know-how and successful case studies from other companies to smoothly promote skills transfer and solve these challenges, so many company representatives are struggling with the question, "Is this approach really the best?"

In this course, based on our 30 years of experience as a manual production company,

Approach methods for various concerns faced by companies that produce manuals internally

We will propose it.
