Learn from Case Study #2! Know-how for improving the quality of in-house manuals

~Things to Decide and How to Proceed When Standardizing Manuals~

Will be held.

This seminar is the second installment of the "Learning from Case Studies" series, held on July 9th (Thursday), focusing on improving the quality of in-house manuals. It aims to establish a common understanding with stakeholders.

This time, we will talk about the theme of "standardization".

This is a content that can be understood by those who did not participate in the first session. Please feel free to join us.

  • "There are no rules for creating manuals, so the writing style varies depending on the person."
  • "We aim to standardize manuals in preparation for the introduction of CMS and DITA."
  • "I want to create a consistent manual for improving branding."

As a background to the need for such manuals, companies in various industries and business types such as manufacturing, insurance, medical equipment, and machinery manufacturers have begun to work on standardizing their documents.

"How can we unify the many existing manuals?"

"What criteria should be used to create rules?"

"Why is there inconsistency in the manual when there are rules?"

We will explain our know-how for solving issues based on cases we have handled for administrators who face specific problems.

If you are looking for a way to solve issues related to manuals, please join us.

After the seminar, we will be happy to provide individual consultations as needed. Please check the "Individual Consultation Request" box on the application form.

Feel free to join us!
