The presentation at the TC Symposium 2014, held in Kyoto from October 15 (Wednesday) to October 17 (Friday), organized by the Technical Communicators Association, has successfully concluded.
Human Science presented in two sessions: "Perspectives Needed for Future Manuals" and "Introduction and Process of Machine Translation".
"Perspectives Needed for Future Manuals" will feature technical writer Yasuda presenting "Two Perspectives Necessary for Manual Evaluation."
We had 63 manual representatives from manufacturers and production companies, significantly exceeding the capacity of 30 people.

"Introduction and Process of Machine Translation" will feature Honda, a Japanese-English and multilingual translation coordinator, presenting on "the basic workflow and considerations of machine translation, as well as the content of effectiveness verification through machine translation." 18 participants involved in translation operations from manufacturers and translation companies attended.
