In companies that have introduced generative AI and RAG for knowledge utilization, it is not uncommon to face the following issues.
・The information you want to know does not come up
・Incorrect answers are output
・Answers lack consistency even for the same question

The cause may not be the performance of generative AI itself, but rather that the “foundation” for utilizing generative AI is not properly established.

For example, even if RAG is introduced, if “readable documents” for generative AI are not prepared, the accuracy of responses will not be stable as mentioned in the concerns above, and on-site users will judge it as “difficult to use” and “unreliable.”
As a result, it will not be utilized, and the time and cost spent on implementation and preparation will be wasted, often leading to losses for the organization.

We have leveraged our expertise in manual creation to support the "organization of documents and the establishment of systems that ensure their continued use."
In this seminar, we will explain the specific steps for organizing documents to maximize the effectiveness of generative AI, incorporating real-world examples.

Of course, this will be helpful not only for those considering the introduction of generative AI but also for those who have already implemented it and are facing challenges such as "answer accuracy not improving" or "not becoming as smart as expected," providing practical hints to concretely understand the causes and solutions.

We have also launched a "Special Site for Generative AI" featuring columns useful for generative AI × knowledge utilization and detailed service introductions! Please make use of it for pre-study before the seminar and review after participation.
