At Human Science, we will hold the following seminars.
In recent years, changes in work styles and legal reforms have demanded significant changes in back-office operations. Amidst this, many companies are considering various measures to improve the efficiency of back-office operations, including the introduction of systems and advancing digital transformation (DX).
However, simply implementing the system without sufficient preparation will not yield the expected results.
In the field, we often hear about confusion such as, "I understand the operation, but I don't know how the work procedures will change," and "the IT department is overwhelmed with inquiries," which can lead to delays in process improvement and stabilization.
To achieve the benefits of system implementation more quickly, it is important to inventory the current processes in advance, organize how the system will be integrated into the workflow, and how the business processes will change, as well as to prepare manuals and knowledge for employees to resolve issues on their own.
In this lecture, Human Science, which has supported the operations of many companies through manual creation, will focus on methods for organizing business processes and sharing knowledge, providing tips for improving back-office operations.
・I don't know how to proceed with the preparations for system implementation.
・I started organizing the business processes, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly.
・I implemented the system, but it hasn't been fully adopted, and I'm not getting sufficient results.
