We will present on "Document Structuring Without Fail" at the TC Symposium 2017 in Kyoto.

On Thursday, October 5, 2017, at the TC Symposium 2017 in Kyoto

"Document Structuring Without Fail - Visualizing the Current Situation through Fit & Gap" will be presented.

 

Although we considered implementing a system aimed at reducing costs and improving efficiency in document production,

 

"We are not sure if our documents are suitable for structuring"

I don't know what steps to take.

Even if we introduce an expensive system, we are worried about whether it can be operated properly.

 

Many companies are unable to proceed with implementation for various reasons.

 

In that case, first conduct a fit and gap analysis, and by analyzing the current situation, it will be easier to identify tasks for system implementation and formulate a roadmap.

 

In this presentation, Japan Unitec and Human Science, both with extensive achievements in document standardization and structuring, will introduce methods for fit and gap analysis, as well as an approach to implementing plugin tools for traditional editors (e.g., FrameMaker).

 

Introduce an approach to quantitatively evaluate whether the current documents are suitable for structuring and visualize the current situation with a demonstration.
