"We will hold a seminar on Machine Translation in the Medical Life Science Field - Current Status and Future Prospects."

 

Machine translation (MT) is being introduced not only in Western languages but also in domestic companies.

On the other hand, the difficulty of Japanese grammar structure has become a barrier, and the quality of machine translation from English to Japanese has not yet reached a sufficient level, making it difficult for many companies to put it into practical use.

However, there are also companies that are successfully achieving cost reduction and schedule shortening by utilizing machine translation.

What are the project conditions and workflows that have achieved such a track record?

 

This seminar focuses on translation in the medical life science field (clinical and non-clinical trial reports, medical device manuals, academic papers, etc...).

We will introduce the steps for introducing machine translation in the medical life science field, as well as the results of introducing machine translation for medical device manufacturers.
