In-house Manual Seminar on March 3, 2016 (Thursday)
Learn from Case Studies! Know-How for Solving In-House Manual Challenges
~ Creating Manuals for Smooth Skill Transfer: Standardization ~
will be held.
Overview
Recently, many companies in the manufacturing sector are working on themes such as improving operational efficiency through manuals, ensuring safety, and enhancing branding.
Among them, "How to promote skill transfer on-site" seems to be a particularly pressing issue.
How to reflect the know-how of skilled engineers in manuals
How can we consolidate scattered information to standardize support quality?
We often hear such voices.
In addition, since the creation of such manuals is often done in-house while juggling the primary duties on-site, we face unique challenges that come with in-house production, such as "not being able to find the time as desired," "struggling to get cooperation from the field," and "not knowing where to start".
On the other hand, due to the lack of information such as know-how and successful case studies from other companies to solve these challenges and facilitate skill transfer smoothly, it seems that many representatives from various companies are often struggling with the thought, "Is this really the right approach?"
In this course, based on 30 years of experience as a manual production company,
Approaches to Various Challenges Faced by Companies Producing Manuals In-House
We propose.
