In-house Manual Seminar on October 1, 2015 (Thursday)
2nd Session: Learning from Case Studies! Know-how for Improving In-house Manual Quality
Things to Decide and How to Proceed for Manual Standardization
will be held.
This seminar is the second installment of the first session held on July 9th (Thursday), titled "Learning from Case Studies! Know-how for Improving In-house Manual Quality - Forming a Common Understanding with Stakeholders."
This time, I will talk about the theme of "standardization".
This content is understandable even for those who did not participate in the first session. Please feel free to join us.
- "There are no rules for manual creation, so the writing styles vary from person to person"
- We want to standardize manuals with an eye on the introduction of CMS and DITA.
- We want to create a cohesive manual to enhance branding.
Against the backdrop of the demand for such manuals, companies in various industries and sectors, including manufacturing, insurance, medical devices, and machinery manufacturers, have begun to work on standardizing their documents.
How can we unify the numerous manuals that exist?
What criteria should be used to create rules?
Why is there inconsistency in the manuals despite having established rules?
We will explain the know-how for solving issues based on case studies handled by our company for administrators facing specific problems such as these.
If you are looking for solutions to issues related to manuals, please join us.
After the seminar, we will provide individual consultations as needed. Please check the "Request for Individual Consultation" box on the application form.
Feel free to join us!
