From the instructor

As domestic companies accelerate their overseas expansion, the demand for creating easy-to-understand, low-cost, and efficient documents for overseas use is increasing.

However, when creating documents for overseas use, we often hear the following concerns from many companies.

- "There are constant complaints from overseas about difficult-to-understand documentation."

- Despite having information posted on manuals, instruction manuals, and websites,

Inquiries to the call center are not decreasing.

- Translation, creation, and checking of documents for overseas use takes too much cost and time.

- Due to poor quality of Japanese documents, incorrect and unnatural translations occur.

It takes time and effort to check and correct.

It is important to not only add checks and introduce tools as a local approach, but also to build an optimal process that covers everything from Japanese document creation to English and multilingual translation in order to solve these issues.

In this course, we will use common failure examples in creating documents for overseas companies as material, and discuss the process and points to eliminate the feeling of "this is not what I expected" after creating documents.

In addition, we will also explain the introduction and key points of machine translation, which has been gaining attention in the translation of documents in the manufacturing industry recently.

We will share effective advice based on the knowledge gained from creating abundant overseas documents, which will help solve current issues.
