Manual In-house Seminar on July 9th, 2015 (Thursday)
Learn from examples! Know-how for improving the quality of in-house manuals
~Forming a Common Understanding with Stakeholders~
Will be held.
- "Even though all the rules for creating a manual are in place, the desired results cannot be achieved."
- "The newly assigned staff member is having trouble getting up to speed with job rotation."
- "Endless retries occur, and the cost of manual creation is too high."
After hearing from manual managers in various industries such as manufacturing, insurance, medical equipment, and machinery manufacturers, we found that they all have similar concerns regardless of their industry or business type.
It seems that behind these concerns, there is a problem where there is a lack of common understanding among stakeholders about what constitutes an easy-to-understand manual and how to create one.
For manual managers facing such challenges, we will explain the importance of building a common understanding and the know-how for solving issues in manual in-house production based on our case studies.
If you are looking for a way to solve issues related to manuals, please join us.
After the seminar, we will be happy to provide individual consultations as needed. Please indicate this when applying.
Feel free to join us!
