Participant Voices

・QA chart and extraction check criteria were helpful.

・At the start of the project, it was good to have an agreement on the quality level that the client and translation company are aiming for, and to design a quality management process.

・The categorization of translators by evaluation was good.

・I immediately wanted to incorporate the definition of quality requirements.

・AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) was specifically quantified and visualized, which was good.
