On the other hand, updating the manual to make it "user-friendly" and "easy to understand" will lead to a great trust in the product and the company for the users.

It is important to improve the skills of individual representatives, but in order to enhance brand power, it is also important to establish a process within the organization for creating manuals and to share rules among representatives.
Since our establishment in 1985, Human Science Co., Ltd. has handled the creation of manuals for 139 companies and 1,736 projects (as of 2014).
In this seminar, we will provide manufacturing companies with methods for evaluating manuals based on actual case studies, as well as know-how for standard operation, management, and maintenance processes.

Part1 14:00-16:00 Creating a Manual to Enhance Branding Power
We will talk about examples of product manual improvement in the manufacturing industry.
We will also introduce manuals before and after improvement, as well as manual management methods within the customer's company.
1. Method for Manual Evaluation and its Evaluation Items, Points
Perspectives on serial composition, table of contents composition, layout, and Japanese expression
2. Establishing an Education System for Manual Operations Personnel
Tips for sharing and adhering to guidelines for skill improvement, such as writing rules, glossaries, and checking methods.
3. Points for improving manuals - Tips for implementing improvements and managing operations
From actual guideline development to creation, operation management methods, and ideas for role sharing.
Part2 16-17 Q&A, Individual Consultation
If you can bring the manual that is currently causing issues, we will conduct a "Simple Manual Diagnosis" on the spot.
Feel free to ask the instructor any questions you may have about management and operation. They will provide advice from a professional perspective.
