"Case Studies for the Manufacturing Industry: Enhancing Brand Power
Product Manual Creation Method Seminar"

- "The quality of the manuals is poor, leading to increased workload for the call center/support team."
- "We created a standard manual, but it is not being adopted among the creators."
- "I don't know where the information I want is located in the manual."
- "The phrasing and terminology are inconsistent, lacking a sense of unity"
Do you have any concerns like this regarding your product manuals?
Manuals are not just accessories; they are an integral part of the product for using the product or service correctly.
The "usability" and "difficulty of understanding" of manuals can lead to a decrease in satisfaction with the product or service itself, as well as a decline in brand strength.
On the contrary, enhancing the manual and providing users with a "user-friendly" and "easy-to-understand" manual leads to great trust in the product and the company.
When expanding overseas, the "lack of clarity" in Japanese manuals can carry over into English and other languages, potentially affecting brand establishment abroad.
So, how can we continuously create a trusted manual?
While it is important to enhance the skills of individual personnel, it is also crucial to establish a process for "manual creation" within the organization and share rules among personnel in order to create manuals that enhance brand power.
Since our establishment in 1985, Human Science has been involved in the creation of manuals for 139 companies and 1,736 projects (as of 2014).
In this seminar, we will share methods for evaluating manuals based on actual case studies, as well as know-how for standard operation, management, and maintenance processes in the manufacturing industry.
If you bring an actual manual, we will provide advice on a simple manual analysis, diagnosis, and management method based on our evaluation criteria at the end of the seminar.
Please feel free to join us.
