Overview of the Lecture

Until now, translation companies have always marketed themselves as providing "high quality" and "strict quality control", often setting certain translation quality standards and rates for all projects.

However, as we move towards a new era of translation, translation companies are also required to set quality standards and prices according to the diverse needs and content.

At Human Science Co., Ltd., we work on creating a framework for setting translation quality standards tailored to various needs and content, while reflecting the voices of clients and translators as a domestic multilingual vendor, and referring to quality management methods in other industries. We also strive to introduce processes to maintain quality.

In this session, we will introduce our efforts to "visualize" the translation quality and quality management process that have not been standardized in the domestic translation industry and have often been black-boxed, and discuss quality management in the future.
