Seminar Details
For everyone considering manual preparation using generative AI to eliminate personalization in back-office operations.
In back-office operations such as accounting, human resources and labor, general affairs, and sales administration, accuracy is required, while updates due to legal revisions and changes in internal rules also occur frequently.
The dilemma of "manuals are necessary to eliminate dependency on specific individuals, but creating them is itself a significant burden" never ends.
Interest is growing in using generative AI as a solution, but we often hear concerns like the following.
・Not sure which specific tasks it should be used for
・Low accuracy results in not achieving the expected outcomes
・The business process becomes a black box
In fact, the key to successful AI utilization in tasks requiring accuracy lies in establishing the "criteria" that determine which steps are entrusted to AI and which are performed by humans.
This seminar will explain everything from these "standards" to "specific applications."
Human Science, experts in manual creation, will explain the "criteria for AI utilization" during manual creation to prevent black-boxing.
Furthermore, we will introduce the latest case study where the developed manuals are linked to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and explain the future vision of manual development that leads to the elimination of individual dependency.
Then, through a demo of Konica Minolta's manual creation and management tool "COCOMITE," we will show concrete measures to reduce the workload on-site, such as AI-based manual creation and a new AI proofreading feature that prevents inconsistencies in rules.
Human Science, which supports AI utilization from manual creation, and Konica Minolta, which provides "COCOMITE," will generously share the knowledge they have accumulated.
We sincerely look forward to the participation of everyone aiming to transform back-office operations.
Additionally, after the seminar, we will accept consultations regarding any issues you may have.
