How to Build Web Manuals with Modernization: Production Workflow Utilizing Generative AI

Web Seminar on Thursday, February 5, 2026

How to Build Web Manuals through Modernization
~Production Workflow Utilizing Generative AI~

will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

In the seminars held in July and November 2025, we introduced how to create web manuals that are "easy to build and simple to operate" using Markdown, which received great acclaim. This time, based on that proven method, we will explain in detail how to build a production workflow utilizing generative AI.

In many companies, the use of generative AI is transitioning from the trial-and-error phase to full-scale operation. The field of manual creation is no exception. However, there are challenges such as existing editors having limited generative AI features and difficulty integrating them into in-house production workflows. Additionally, from the perspective of compatibility with generative AI, there is a growing demand for writing manuals using lightweight markup languages (Markdown/Asciidoc).

This seminar introduces the concept of a "microservices architecture," which is not tied to any specific tool, as a method to modernize the manual production workflow. We will explain concrete techniques for integrating generative AI into a production platform centered on lightweight markup languages (Markdown/Asciidoc), including a demonstration of AI-based proofreading and checking.

A must-see for everyone from manual managers to production staff who want to utilize generative AI in manual writing!
