How to Create Web Manuals Built with Modernization
~A System That Is Easy to Build and Simple to Operate~

will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

In this seminar, we will introduce how to create "easy-to-build and easy-to-manage" web manuals using Markdown.

Currently, many SaaS products and applications are being developed and offered one after another, flooding the market with a variety of tools and services. As it becomes difficult to differentiate based on features, the quality of product support determines user retention and satisfaction improvement.

In fact, it is said that 69% of users "try to solve the problem on their own first," so creating an environment where they can quickly access the necessary information online is extremely important for improving product convenience and adoption rates.

However, companies providing SaaS products with frequent updates and specification changes often face the following challenges:
・The high frequency of new feature releases makes it difficult to keep manuals up to date
・Version control of manuals is complicated, resulting in outdated procedures being mixed in
・Since product developers are responsible for creating manuals, updates tend to be delayed

In this seminar, we will introduce modern technologies that make it easy to build and manage web manuals, aimed at those considering the introduction or improvement of manuals for SaaS products. In addition to features and benefits, we will provide a clear explanation of the implementation process with demonstrations.

The technical configuration for this demonstration is as follows:
・Editing editor: Visual Studio Code
・Language: Markdown
・Static site generator: Vitepress
・Data management: GitHub
・Web server: Netlify

If you are considering web-enabling your manuals or reviewing your operations, or if you want to improve your product support experience, please take this opportunity to participate.
Recently, tools like Markitdown have emerged that can convert traditional Word assets into Markdown, expanding the use of Markdown. This is a must-see for those who are already familiar with these technologies as well as those who want to learn them anew!
