Recently, digital transformation (hereinafter referred to as DX) has been attracting significant attention in Japan.

In the field of human resources, it seems that various HRTech services have been released, taking on the efforts towards digital transformation (DX).

However, many of them are services related to recruitment, attendance, and payroll, represented by HRMOS, SmartHR, and freee, and there are no new services emerging related to human resource development.

As a result, the HR department is likely continuing traditional human resource development methods such as group training, e-learning, and on-the-job training.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, many Japanese companies have likely given up on traditional training methods, haven't they?

In the current situation where avoiding the 'three Cs' is necessary, it continues to be difficult to conduct group training, and alternative measures are required.

Since the declaration of a state of emergency was announced in early April, there has been a rapid increase in the online and e-learning formats of group training.

However, on the other hand, there may be many representatives who feel that this alone is insufficient in terms of effectiveness.

Due to the coronavirus, we have entered the era of the new normal.

In the new normal era, conventional wisdom no longer applies.

The same applies in the field of human resource development.

In this seminar, we would like to consider the approach to human resource development in the new normal era.
