Recently, digital transformation (hereinafter referred to as DX) has been attracting significant attention in Japan. In the field of human resources, various HRTech services have been released, and it seems that they are taking on the efforts towards DX.
However, many of them are services related to recruitment, attendance, and payroll, represented by HRMOS, SmartHR, and freee, and there are no new services emerging related to human resource development.
As a result, the HR department is likely continuing traditional human resource development methods such as group training, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
The "Global Human Capital Trends 2019" report by Deloitte indicates a shift in focus from recruitment to talent development.
Furthermore, it is believed that the next-generation LMS, known as LXP (Learning Experience Platform), will play a significant role in future human resource development.
While it may not be a commonly heard term in Japan, overseas companies like Workday and Cornerstone are starting to implement features similar to LXP.
How should Japanese companies incorporate such active trends from overseas?
In this seminar, we will discuss the digital transformation era,
・How talent development differs between overseas and Japan
How should future human resource development be designed?
・What is the key LXP?
I will convey it.
