We will present on "Neural Machine Translation" at the TC Symposium 2017 in Tokyo.

On August 24, 2017 (Friday), at TC Symposium 2017 Tokyo

"Industrial Translation and Neural Machine Translation - Key Points for Utilizing NMT Revealed Through Case Studies" will be presented.

 

Many papers have shown that the translation quality of machine translation engines using neural networks has significantly improved compared to traditional statistical or rule-based methods.

However, there is not much information shared about utilizing neural machine translation in industrial translation.

This presentation will demonstrate the cost and schedule effects of applying neural translation in industrial translation, as well as the specific issues related to industrial translation and their solutions.

The language pairs are English to Japanese and Japanese to English.
