From the instructor

Recently, an increasing number of companies are transitioning to a holding company structure due to M&A, and standardization of operations has become a significant challenge.

Additionally, with the nationwide expansion of stores, we often hear voices expressing concerns about feeling the limitations of on-the-job training (OJT) and wondering how to improve the efficiency of education.

With the retirement of the baby boomer generation, it remains an important task to document the know-how accumulated so far into manuals.

In this way, business manuals and operational procedures are essential for companies.

On the other hand, I often hear about the reality that manuals that were created with great effort are being left unattended.

Why is that?

Many of the issues stem from the ambiguity of "who" and "why" the manual is being read.

Simply being well-versed in the business is not enough to write the manuals that will be used.

We will share tips for writing user manuals based on insights gained from years of consulting experience.

By covering numerous specific examples and exercises, you can learn know-how that can be universally applied to the creation of various business manuals.

In addition, business manuals require maintenance due to system replacements and legal revisions.

We will also discuss how to prevent the quality of manuals from deteriorating with each revision, as well as key operational points.
