In-house Manual Seminar on July 9, 2015 (Thursday)
Learn from Case Studies! Know-How for Improving In-House Manual Quality
~Part 1 Forming a Common Understanding with Stakeholders~
will be held.
- "Although the rules for creating manuals are all in place, the desired effects are not being achieved."
- The newly assigned personnel in job rotation are not getting up to speed as expected.
- Rework keeps occurring endlessly, and the cost of manual creation is too high.
We have heard the concerns of manual managers in various industries such as manufacturing, insurance, medical devices, and machinery manufacturers, and found that similar issues are being reported regardless of the industry or business type.
The background of these concerns seems to be that there is a lack of common understanding among stakeholders in each company regarding what constitutes an "easy-to-understand manual" and how to create one.
For manual managers facing such challenges, we will explain the importance of forming a common understanding in in-house manual production and the know-how for solving these issues based on cases we have handled.
If you are looking for solutions to issues related to manuals, please join us.
After the seminar, we will provide individual consultations as needed. Please indicate this when you apply.
Feel free to join us!
