Seminar Details
At our seminar held in February 2026, we presented practical methods for integrating generative AI into a production platform built around lightweight markup languages (Markdown/Asciidoc). The seminar was very well received.
Meanwhile, as the use of generative AI in manual production grows, many have expressed disappointment: "The text is superficial and does not reflect our company's rules," or "It still requires extensive revisions, so it doesn't reduce the workload."
The root cause of this disappointment is that the knowledge and know-how of technical writers are not being conveyed to AI—a problem known as the context gap.
In this seminar, we propose a knowledge design approach for using AI as an autonomous agent as part of manual production modernization. We will explain how to use Agent Skills, MCP, and RAG to provide AI with all the knowledge needed to create manuals, including criteria for structuring content, verified information, and reference materials from past projects.
We will also provide practical guidance on writing rules that are clear to both AI and humans to maximize the capabilities of AI agents, as well as knowledge design techniques for articulating tacit knowledge. This will include a demonstration of these approaches implemented in a Markdown-based production workflow.
Join us if you want to use generative AI to build a high-quality web manual production environment ready for real-world use!
*Please note that participation from other companies in the same industry and individuals is not allowed.
