Don’t Make Manuals That End with “Created by AI”! The Optimal Solution for “Human × AI” Operation Leading to Usable Manuals ~ Leveraging AI: Tips for Prompt Design and Writing, and Systems for Search and Operation ~

Seminar Details

“We tried creating manuals with AI, but they are not used as expected.”

“We feel there are quality issues with manuals created and proofread by AI.”

“We don’t know where to start to effectively utilize AI in manual operation development.”

Do you have any of these concerns?

This seminar is co-hosted by Konica Minolta Japan, the provider of "COCOMITE," and the manual production company Human Science.

We will introduce the optimal solution for "human × AI" collaboration that realizes "manuals used on-site" from both aspects: the manual operation system from creation to sharing and searching using "COCOMITE AI," and the know-how of writing and prompt design that brings out the full potential of AI.

"COCOMITE AI" is a plan offered by Konica Minolta Japan that comes standard with AI features such as AI search and AI-assisted text editing integrated into "COCOMITE."

It consistently supports the manual lifecycle of "creating, organizing, searching, and utilizing" through AI-assisted manual text generation and editing, as well as AI search that references the content of manuals within COCOMITE to answer natural language questions.

In particular, it contributes to accurate and prompt information transmission to the field and promotes manual utilization for headquarters of companies with multiple locations and stores, as well as management departments that disseminate information to all employees.

To fully bring out the true value of 'COCOMITE AI' and maximize its use, the skills of manual creators become important.

From Human Science, we will introduce, along with verification results, the "writing style that is easy to understand for both AI and humans" to improve AI search accuracy, as well as the "prompt design know-how" that further brings out the full potential of the AI text editing assist function.

From Konica Minolta Japan, we will present the latest features of 'COCOMITE AI' and an overview of manual operations including creation, sharing, and searching, along with use cases. From Human Science, we will discuss, incorporating specific verification results, the ideal approach to manual creation required in the era of AI utilization.

We encourage you to take this opportunity to participate and take the first step toward realizing manuals that are "read" and AI that is "usable" for your company.

*Please note that the COCOMITE AI features are in the beta stage of function verification and development, so specifications and pricing are subject to change.

*Please note that participation from other companies in the same industry and individuals is not allowed.
