Recommended for these people

  • HR and talent development personnel who feel that although training and reskilling initiatives are being implemented, they are unable to effectively explain their contribution to organizational outcomes and business growth
  • Those who feel that learning initiatives such as English training and DX training end with just attending the course and do not lead to practical application or retention
  • HR managers who are required to expand human capital investment while needing to explain the investment effects and ROI to executive management
  • Those who are struggling with how to combine and design multiple talent initiatives such as global talent development and reskilling
  • Those who want to design talent development initiatives not as one-off training sessions but as a system that includes learning opportunities, skill acquisition, and condition management

Seminar Information

Due to global competition and the acceleration of technological innovation, companies are required to make continuous investments in human resources and capability development.

On the other hand, there are many cases where human resource development and learning initiatives are implemented individually, and the connection to organizational outcomes is not sufficiently designed.

What is important is to design human resource investment not as a one-time training, but as an integrated system that includes providing learning opportunities, skill acquisition, practical application, and visualization of effectiveness.

This webinar explains design methods to strategically enable human resource investment from the perspectives of talent development, reskilling, and utilization of health data.

Participating Companies

This seminar is hosted by SpeakBuddy and held with the cooperation of companies that have supported the process of learning—"starting, continuing, and linking to results"—from different perspectives.

3: Aidemy Inc.

4: Mediphon Inc.
