Our Announcements
Title: "Pitfalls and Countermeasures in Moodle Settings: Analysis Based on Students' SNS Posts and Help Desk Consultation Cases"
Date and Time: February 28 (Sat) from 3:30 p.m.
Summary:
Moodle is widely used mainly in higher education institutions as an LMS with over 500 million users worldwide.
On the other hand, students' SNS posts reveal a considerable amount of confusion and dissatisfaction regarding Moodle.
Interestingly, many of these issues relate to Moodle settings—problems that could have been prevented if faculty and staff had a correct understanding of how Moodle settings work.
In this seminar, we will explain the common misunderstandings and pitfalls in settings by cross-referencing the confusion and dissatisfaction revealed through analysis of students' SNS posts with thousands of consultation cases from faculty and staff received by our company.
This session is recommended for those who have experienced feedback from students regarding Moodle settings or who wish to build a better course environment for students.
Presenter: CEO Tsuyoshi Kumazawa
