Launch a demo site and have customers confirm the actual movement of Totara Learn while tuning the settings and functions.

Integration with Authentication System

At Human Science Co., Ltd., we handle the implementation of SSO (Single Sign-On), centralized management of user accounts, and configuration and customization of Totara Learn for authentication and integration with external systems.
We also handle integration with Shibboleth (GakuNin, etc.), which is highly requested for university collaborations.
In addition to Shibboleth (GakuNin, etc.), we also support integration with authentication servers such as Active Directory, OpenLDAP, and CAS.

We will hold it at your designated location, such as your meeting room or lecture room.
It is also possible to hold it at Human Science Conference Room (Tokyo, Shinjuku).

The biggest advantage of Totara Learn is that it is open source and free, but maintenance and operation are the responsibility of the user.

In addition to troubleshooting during system failures, we also provide regular maintenance such as updates for Totara Learn and server environment upgrades, as well as new features and information.

Implementation Conditions

・We will perform operation confirmation in advance due to version upgrade. (Limited to standard functions)
・Assuming implementation once a year.
・During version upgrade work, the service will be suspended for approximately 1-3 days.
・The work location is assumed to be Human Science (connected remotely).
・During work, it is assumed that SSH/HTTPS access is possible from Human Science.
・We will perform middleware package updates.
・If there are changes to the authentication system, etc., and if it is necessary to change or investigate the settings of Totara Learn or the server, additional costs will be incurred.
・SSL certificate renewal work is not included in the work contents. If necessary, we will provide a separate estimate.
・If the customer has customized Totara Learn on their own, or if there are third-party or self-developed plugins introduced to Totara Learn by the customer, we cannot guarantee their operation.
・We will perform operation confirmation of Totara Learn according to our standard confirmation items.
